— SECTION 1 — CONSIGNMENT —
From first contact to the signed contract.
Every valuation request becomes a process, every process becomes a contract — with terms, commission agreement, ID documents and bank details all in one place. Captured, dictated and signed directly on site: what is created here carries through all the way to payout.
◆ Acquisition as a dedicated process
◆ Contract terms as a template
◆ Local ID document capture
◆ Standard storage location
◆ Mobile use directly on site
◆ Signature on the device
◆ Dictation instead of typing
— THE PROCESS —
Five steps to object registration.
Each step can also stand on its own — the process grows progressively instead of being created from scratch each time.
1
Record the request
Valuation request or initial contact as an acquisition process, with object photos and notes.
2
Research
Reverse image search on the object photo; the result is attached to the process as a PDF.
3
Create the contract
The consignment contract is generated from the acquisition process — with terms taken from the template.
4
Define the terms
Commission agreement, payment term, bank details, ID documents.
5
Take over the objects
Create positions, set the standard storage location, generate the contract PDF.
— THE CONTRACT AS A FILE —
Everything related to the consignor, in one place.
Contract terms from template
Reusable text blocks, multilingual — maintained separately for consignments and valuations.
Commission directly in the contract
The agreed rule is linked to the process and is later applied in exactly the same way during settlement.
ID capture without the cloud
Photograph an ID card or passport — text recognition runs on your own server. ID data is not sent to any AI service and never leaves your installation.
Bank details and SEPA
Payout details, including stored documents, directly in the contract file.
Standard storage location
The initial destination of the goods is stored in the contract — every object starts there.
— MOBILE — FOR WORKING ON THE GO —
Acquisition happens at the client’s premises, not at the desk.
Home visit, estate, trade fair, external location: what is captured on site should not have to be retyped in the evening. auctionmanager brings data capture directly to where the objects are.
Smartphone apps
Log in, select the tenant, find objects via text search or QR scan, view master data and images, take photos with the camera — the capture is immediately linked to the object. An iPhone version is planned.
AVAILABLE FOR ANDROID
Consignment on site
Search for a person or create a new one, capture objects, generate the contract — the entire consignment process runs on the device. Nothing is temporarily stored and transferred later.
AVAILABLE FOR ANDROID
Signature on the device
The consignor signs directly on the display; the finished contract PDF is created at the same moment and attached to the process. No printout, no subsequent scanning.
IN THE BROWSER
The smartphone as a dictation device
Dictate in the warehouse or while travelling instead of typing: the recording is converted into text and stored as a note in the correct place — on the object, person, contract or bid. The audio recording remains stored as supporting documentation. The tenant determines which service performs the transcription.
TRANSCRIPTION VIA THE AI PROVIDER
The smartphone as the workstation camera. Open a capture session at the desk, connect the phone by code — photos and documents appear live in the open view. Practical for ID documents, signature cards and object photos, without cables and without intermediate storage.
Electronically managed external locations. Branches, representatives and field staff work via app and browser on the same data set as the main office — with the same processes, terms and commission rules, and with permissions that can be restricted down to individual sections of a page. No secondary system, no follow-up maintenance, no local version.
