Capture, compose, publish.
The separation between data capture and presentation is the core principle: you maintain values, not sentences. How those values become text is determined by the display definition — different for each channel.
1 · Structure template
You define sections and elements for each product group — dimensions, signature, condition, provenance, whatever the category requires.
2 · Data capture
The expert fills in exactly these fields — including rich text for descriptions and a multilingual title.
3 · Display definition
Placeholders in the template are replaced with the values. Catalogue, online portal and label each receive their own version.

Condition reports as a dedicated document type
Condition report, confirmation of receipt, export certificate, catalogue image and other types are predefined and named in eight languages. In the document list, the type identifier appears next to the file — so a condition report can be recognized at a glance and found via full-text search.
Storage location and movement history
Every relocation is logged. Use a barcode or QR code on the shelf to relocate, hand over and find objects again.
Artist and resale right
Assignment to the artist database — the basis for subsequent resale right reporting.
Attributes, keywords, product group
Structured master data instead of free text — the basis for filters, catalogue structure and reporting.
Shipping properties
Dimensions, air freight indicator, regulations and required documents already stored on the object.
